Passion fruits originate from South America, which gained maximum growth and demand due to their richness in nutrients and fiber. It has been a favourite fruit, in most of the tropical countries, fetching maximum commercial value among shopkeepers. Passion fruits are also a rich source of vitamin-c, which improve the immune system of the body and keeps the body away from unnecessary sicknesses like cold, cough, fever and body pains, which are more common in the winter season. The passion fruit has an inedible yellow layer containing sweet-tart edible seeds, which contain a lovely fruity aroma as well as the capacity to attract a person. They also support the diet, for people, who want to get rid of their calories and maintain their cholesterol levels, by ingesting these antioxidant rich fruits.

Shilparamam is the place of arts and crafts, which reminds us the beauty and simplicity of eco-friendly products. But it has got another different touch, which stands out in the huge hub of artifacts. That is the making of “Putarekulu”, which has its stall in the midst of this beautiful exhibition. The making of this delicious sweet, is done by putting fresh ghee and sugar, between thin sheets of filo-dough and wrapping them neatly then and there. The stall is a centre of attraction for many hungry customers, who buy this tasty snack and fulfill their desire to eat it, with all the fresh ingredients added.

Cooking is all about inventing new recipes and enjoying them for a change. In the same way, homemade dahi-missal is the most easiest and scrumptious snack, enjoyed at home. The ingredients are-
-Freshly chopped onions, which are a good source of vitamin-c and contain special flavonoids to improve our immune system.
-Coriander leaves, which are full of aroma and Vitamin-C, helping a person to reduce symptoms of cold,
-Yoghurt, which has Vitamin B12, to maintain the red blood cell count and proper functioning of nervous system and
-Homemade sev, which have the best quality, if made at home. 

Dahi-missal is the concoction of all these nutritious ingredients, which constitute a tasty and a crunchy knick-knack.
